Finally, we steer clear of synthetic nitrates and nitrites in our food preparation. However, research has shown that these additives may increase the risk of certain types of cancer. To prioritize the health and safety of our customers, we have made the decision to exclude synthetic nitrates and nitrites from our menu items.
